Returns
Returning Purchases
All Elhuyar products can be returned. In order to return items the product must have been purchased directly from Elhuyar using its web site, telephone or e-mail. The deadline for returning items is 15 days, counting from the date the order was received. Once this deadline has passed, returned items are not accepted.
Freight costs arising out of returning an item or items will be for the customer’s account, except in the following cases:
- If the product has a manufacturing fault.
- If the customer has received the wrong product.
- If the product received by the customer is damaged or is not in perfect condition.
