Returns
Returning Purchases
All Elhuyar products can be returned. In order to return items the product must have been purchased directly from Elhuyar using its web site, telephone or e-mail. The deadline for returning items is one month, counting from the date the order was received. Freight costs arising out of returning an item or items will be for the customer’s account.
Manufacturing faults or wrong products
If the product has a manufacturing fault, the customer has received the wrong product or the product received by the customer is damaged or is not in perfect condition, the product can be returned and freight costs will be for Elhuyar´s account. If the product has been buyed dicretly to Elhuyar, the customer can choose between money refund or product change.
